Our mission is to prepare every student for success beyond high school.

Welcome to Bowie Middle School, where we ask our students daily if they “Are Brave Enough … to be successful, safe, responsible, respectful and most importantly a learner?”

Our students are challenged daily to learn how to read, write and reason with teachers, peers and others. Outside of the classroom Bowie offers successful UIL programs in academics, fine arts and extracurricular activities. Bowie is the first step in building a career path where students begin communicating, collaborating, creating and thinking with the future in mind. Be Brave – Be Bowie!
